The applicant can collect the registration form from the school office make a payment of Rs 500 after completing the form. The requisite fee can be paid via Cash / UPI / Net Banking / Credit or Debit card through a secured payment gateway. After payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email id.

Apply Now Fee Structure

• There will be no written admission tests for classes Pre-Nursery-Class 4th. However, we will invite the child and parents for an informal interaction with the staff and the principal. The parents will also be intimated through call / SMS.
• For classes 5th and above admission test will be conducted.
• The test will comprise of 4 papers- English, Mathematics, Science, and Hindi. 
• Post this, an interaction of student and the parents will be scheduled with the principal.
• The selected candidates shall be required to deposit the fees and documents within the stipulated time.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

1. School leaving/transfer certificate and last Report Card, in originals. Counter signed school leaving certificate for students applying for admission to class I onwards attested by concerned educational department.
2. SSSMID (Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission ID is mandatory to submit.
3. Municipal Birth Certificate, (Xerox copy mandatory) for all classes Nursery to UKG.
4. Two recent passport size colour photographs of the child and one each of both parents.

Note: Admission will be cancelled if any variance or misrepresentation is found the particulars filled in the Admission Form and the supporting documents at any stage. In such case, only the security deposit will be refunded.

Admissions, at Green Garden School,Gwalior, are purely based on an oral interaction session with the child considering the age factor as necessary requirement.

Steps for Registration and Admission

• Registration form for admission to be take from school only.

• The Registration form, duly filled in all respect, should be submitted to the school office.

• After scrutinizing the Registration forms the parents will be informed about an oral interaction date for their ward / wards.

• After the successful completion of oral interaction parents are informed for admission formalities.
